He achieved YOY sales increases in comp sales and royalty revenue increases. Stephen weathered the 2007 Global Financial Crisis supporting Franchise strategy effectively achieving comp sales growth and continued development. He ended his tenure with Sbarro’s having achieved X4 international expansion operating having entered and operated in 51 countries.

Stephen managed Annual budget generation, development schedules, and the Franchise relationship with all international Franchise Groups and >365 locations internationally. Spent time developing the take-home and delivery component opportunity of the business with innovative design features in many of the markets prior to the Pandemic and throughout.
